He was the son of the late Larry Webb and Judy Outing. He departed this earthly life on, June 22, 2020. Larry attended the public schools of the Houston Independent School District, and graduated from Sam Houston High School.. He was a manager at McDonald’s, in Rosenberg, TX. He loved his team of employees and they loved him as well. “Boo” was a family man and loved his family with all of his heart. Larry even remembered everyone’s birthday and never missed celebrating a holiday with his family. He was a caring and generous person—he would do anything he could to help others in need. Larry was a faithful father, son, brother, grandson, partner and friend. The definition of the word loyalty—would have the picture of Larry Troy Webb. Cooking and cleaning was his passion, and he even had skills when it came to interior design and decorating. He would change his room and living space around at least three times a week. He was an impeccable dresser and was sharp from head to toe. He would often say “Don’t touch my shoes, you better know.” He looked forward to having his daddy-daughter talks with his baby girl, India. When he couldn’t reach her, he would have a fit. Even though he was unable to live in South Carolina to be with his daughter and grandchildren—whenever someone mentioned India’s name or the grandchildren—his face would just light up. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Michael Webb, his grandmother, Ethel Outing, a cousin, Adrienne Outing, and special friend, Linda. Those left to cherish his precious memories are: his “baby girl” and only daughter, India Rose Qualls; his grand-daughters, Samaria Amiyah and London Mabel; a step-daughter, Morgan Qualls, and stepson, Michael Qualls, II; his love and friend, Vennawae Qualls; his uncle, Isadore (Ann) Outing; an aunt, Ola Mae Outing; his niece, Kiara Morris, and his nephew, Marquis Webb; cousins, Tony, Claudia, Denika, Isadore, III, Marion, and Chevron; and host of other relatives and friends. Please leave the family your condolences and prayers. The Webb family, acknowledges with grateful appreciation, all of your kind expressions of love and sympathy.
