Mr. Doron Kayins Guider Sr.

Mr. Doron Kayins Guider Sr. of Columbia, SC was born August 30, 1974 in Brooklyn, New York. He was the beloved son of the late Mrs. Dora Guider and Mr. Leander Brooks. He transitioned into eternal rest on Thursday, April 20, 2023. Doron was educated in the New York City Public Schools where he graduated from Satellite Academy High School, Class of 1992. He attended SUNY Old Westbury College. Following college, he moved to Columbia, South Carolina where he met the love of his life, Tenisha Williams in 1996. They were married on September 13, 1997. Doron had an entrepreneurial spirit owning multiple businesses in Columbia for many years. He would later become a certified truck driver joining Taylor Brother Construction Company. He owned and operated Test Drive Auto Sales. Doron was a kind and compassionate person. He was full of life and loved his family and friends greatly. He enjoyed cooking, hosting many family functions. He loved watching his beloved New York Giants and Knicks. He was a man of style, regularly taking his son and daughters shopping. Doron extended himself to everyone. He was the first to lend a hand when someone was in need. Love ones who will cherish fond memories of Doron are: his loving and caring wife, Tenisha Guider; one son, Doron Guider Jr.; four daughters, Payton, Camryn, Kaitlyn and Bailey Guider; sister, Robbie Jennetta Ivery Harris (William); grandmother, Lovretta Williams; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Marsha (Collier) Taylor; one sister-in-law, Whitney Taylor; two brother-in-laws, Collier Jr. and Christopher Taylor; one niece, Krystal Harris; one nephew, William Harris II, all of Columbia, SC; two aunts, Priscilla (Randy) Coleman and Beverly Sabree both of Columbia, SC and a host of loving relatives and caring friends, all of whom will miss him dearly. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at Friendship Baptist Church, 1237 House Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29204. Pastor A. A. Dicks, Sr. officiating. Interment to follow in Promised Land Cemetery. Public viewing will be held from 12 noon until 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 25, 2023 and from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at A.
