Graveside Services will be held on Friday, February 05, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at The Promised Land Cemetery, 1740 Cushman Drive, Columbia, SC 29204. Interment will follow in The Promised Land Cemetery. He was the son of Elisha Davis and Betty Bookert. He departed this earthly life on Sunday, January 31, 2021, at his home in Charlotte, North Carolina. He resided in Charlotte, North Carolina and attended Victory Christian Center. He faithfully served as an usher. He was a man of faith. Anthony was also the president of A. D. Environmental, Inc. He lived life to the fullest, and now that he has transitioned, he can take his rest with those he have left before him. He was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Davis, II, on October 31, 2020; He was also preceded in death by his mother and three siblings, Charles “Leroy” Davis, Michael Davis and Demetra Davis. He leaves to cherish his precious memories: his loving wife, Temple Gray Davis; a daughter, Kourtney Gray, and a son, Elliot Boyce, Jr.; two grandsons, Chance and Chase Johnson; his father, Elisha Davis; his siblings, Whitney (Chanda) Davis; Darryl Ethridge, Marcus Davis, Tyrone Davis, Monica Davis and Davin Davis all of Columbia, SC; Brittney Thomas, of Charlotte, NC; and Veronica McGlotten, of Kalene, TX; his father and mother-in-law, James and Brenda Gray; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
