Mr. Rayjon Dwayne Smith Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Mr. Rayjon Dwayne Smith better known by friends and family as "Savage" or "Ray Ray", was born on July 12, 1995 in Plainfield, New Jersey. He departed this life February 13, 2022 in Columbia, South Carolina. Rayjon was educated in the Richland County School District One and Two and he graduated with the Class of 2013. Savage was a natural born hard worker who was previously employed by DHEC and UPS. He always had a passion for videography, which lead him to becoming the CEO and owner of X-Ray Vizualz. Rayjon was loved by many and was most known for bringing laughter, joy and unwavering support for his family. His love for his children was unmatched. Rayjon was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Mattie Juanita Alexander; an aunt, Sylvia Wilcox; a special cousin, Bernard Cook. Left to cherish precious memories of his fun, loving and outgoing spirit will be: his companion, Destiny Myers; three sons, Elijah Smith, Messiah Smith and Xavion Smith; his two mother's, Kimberly Alexander and Verda Mae Knox; father, Kemo Thomas; his siblings, Kenyatta Harris, Alexis Harris, Kevin Alexander, Kaylesha Alexander, Jahwayne Alexander, Jahlil Chestnut, Letrevias Knox, Neil Knox, Pamela Nichols, Patricia Armour and Shalena Glenn; grandfather, Timothy Barnes; an aunt, Pamela Alexander; six special cousins, Asia Ramey, Michael Adams, Stanley Gaffney, Tyesha Alexander; a special friend, Jasemine Brown and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 20, 2022 at Friendship Baptist Church, 1237 House Street, Columbia, SC 29204. Pastor Willie E. Robinson, Jr., officiating. Interment to follow in The Promised Land Cemetery. Public Viewing will be held from 12 noon until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, February 19, 2022 at A. A.
