Public Viewing for Ms. Rashenda Terrell Green will be Friday, March 5, 2021 from 12:00 Noon until 6:00 P.M. at A. A. Dicks Funeral Home - Sullivan Chapel, 2548 Main Street, Columbia, SC 29201. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 1:00 P.M.at Friendship Baptist Church, 1237 House Street, Columbia, SC 29203. Interment will follow in The Promised Land Cemetery. She was daughter of the late Arthur C. Perry & Patricia Ann Green. After a long hard fight with cancer, on February 25, 2021, the good Lord heard her cry and called her home surrounded by her friends and family. Rashenda received her early education in the pubic schools of Columbia, South Carolina. Rashenda was reared up in the Crane Forest Community. Rashenda relocated at a early age to Greenwood, South Carolina where she got the nickname "lil'Bit". Rashenda was a very outspoken person who said what was on her mind; (whatever came up, came out). She had a heart of gold and would give anyone the shirt off her back after she talked junk about it. Rashenda was all for her family and would go to war with anybody if they tried to harm or talk about them. She always had a smile on her face with that one gold tooth no matter what was going on in life. Rashenda was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; one niece, Lenetta Perry; one aunt, Brenda Green; and one brother, Steve Perry. She leaves to cherish her memories: four Children, Yolanda "Timpy" Green of Columbia, SC, James Jerome Williams of Greenwood, SC, Toddrick "lil Todd" English and Whitney Green both of Columbia, SC; seven grandchildren, Destiny Green who was reared up in the home, Tyuana Hargove, Ismohnia Hargrove, Trenton English, Janiyah Rivers, Tretorn English and Arianna Green; five brothers, Romon (Dejolis) Perry, Lyndon Perry, Johnathan (Angela) Perry, Carlos (Sherly) Green, and Arther Green all of Columbia SC; two uncles, Donald Ray Perry and Clarence "Hunk Daddy" Perry; eight nephews, Carlos Green, Brandon Goodwin, Cornelius Green, Antonio Bethel, Lyndon Bean, Antwon Bethel, Trayvon Perry and Steve Creech; five nieces, Monique Perry, Chstyl Hill, Artrice Green, Chosen Green, and Deasia Green; a fiancé of two years, Eric Harts of the Home; and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends who will miss her.
