Services for Ms Mildred L. Suber-Harrison will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at noon at Central Baptist Church on Clement Road in Columbia, SC. Interment to follow in The Promised Land Cemetery 1740 Cushman Drive Columbia, SC. 29204 Ms. Mildred Louise Green Suber-Harrison, was born March 24, 1942 in Richland County, SC. She was the daughter of the late Louise Williams and Buster Green. She departed this life, June 30, 2015 to take her rest with the Lord. Mildred was educated in the public schools of Richland County including Webber High School. She was employed by Columbia Farms in West Columbia, SC where she worked as a supervisor for many years. Most recently, she was a caregiver for Rest Assured Home Health Care until her health declined. She was dedicated to her job, family, friends and her church. Ms. Suber was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Douglas Suber. Left to cherish precious memories are:her companion of many years, Earl Harrison; sons, Anthony (Yarmyla) James, Terry Suber and Jerry Edmonds; daughters, Brenda, Corlis Suber and Rosa; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a sister, Viola Huff Hammond; two brothers, Alexander Huff and Joe Green; step sister Jennetta Cooper; step brother, Joseph Cooper; sisters and brothers-in-law; Ada Tyler, Johnny, Melina, Mary, Freddie, Luther and Eugene Harrison; a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends that will truly miss her but, will never forget her.
