He was the beloved son of the late Charles Booth Clark, Sr., and Beulah Reeves Clark. He departed this earthly life on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at his home. Charles knew the Lord as his personal Savior. Mr. Clark attended the public schools of Richland County and was a graduate of Spring Valley High School. He was an employee of Sammie’s Deli, Publico, and Warmouth, in The Five Points Community of Columbia, South Carolina until his health declined. Charles enjoyed basketball and was a huge Gamecocks fan. His presence on earth will surely be missed, but will be remembered forever in the precious memories of those who knew and loved him. Mr. Charles Booth Clark, Jr. leaves to cherish his precious memories: his companion of more than thirty years, Siam Woodruff; three sisters, Vanessa Clark and Charlene Dortch, both of Columbia, SC, and Brenda Benson, of Clemson, SC; a brother, Quentin Clark, of Texas; three step-children, Antonio (Sharon) Woodruff, Latoya Woodruff, and Dante (Jessica) Woodruff; two special friends, Ike Smith and David Sheriff; and a host of step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, all of whom will miss him dearly. Please leave the family your condolences and prayers. The Clark family, acknowledges with grateful appreciation, all of your kind expressions of love and sympathy.
